Attorney Ernest B. Fenton is the founder and Managing Partner of the Law Office of Ernest B. Fenton (LOEBF). As Managing Partner, Attorney Fenton manages a team of attorneys, paralegals and support staff while overseeing the various practice groups of the firm. The LOEBF is a rapidly expanding firm which services clients throughout Chicago and the surrounding communities. Attorney Fenton was an adjunct professor at Chicago State University. During the 2009 Spring Semester, he taught the Legal Environment and Ethics of Business course. During his tenure at the university, he received the Departmental Merit award and was named a Presidential Scholar. He also serves as general counsel to several small businesses in the real estate industry. Further, he has considerable experience setting-up and operating small businesses as an entrepreneur in the retail and real estate industry. He has developed and transacted business in Africa and Mexico extensively.
